Your Initial Visit

The first appointment is primarily an opportunity for you to gather information regarding orthodontic treatment. There is no charge for the initial consultation. The orthodontist will outline findings from an orthodontic examination and make recommendations. If treatment is indicated we will discuss treatment options and provide an estimate of treatment duration and cost.

We believe that you should receive all the information required to help you make an informed decision regarding your orthodontic needs. We will take the time to answer all of your questions regarding your orthodontic care.

If orthodontic treatment is indicated, orthodontic records are necessary to comprehensively diagnose the bite problem. The records include models of the teeth, x-rays of the jaws and teeth and photographs of the face and teeth. The records are generally completed at a seperate visit.
